Founding Advertiser Program
Clear terms.
Before you book.
Version 2026-09-07-v1 · Vadera Capital Corporation ("Pulse"). These terms apply to business advertising orders under the October 2026 Founding Advertiser Program, together with the approved order shown in your account.
1. What the program provides
Launch Week costs $1,500 USD for 7 calendar days. Launch Partner costs $2,750 USD for 14 calendar days. Founding Partner costs $5,000 USD for 30 calendar days and includes one reviewed replacement campaign image and a final performance report. The package total is shown in your order. This is a purchase of advertising services, not an investment, ownership interest, endorsement or promise of financial return.
2. Early-stage audience and delivery
Pulse is an early-stage platform with a limited, developing audience. You acknowledge that you are purchasing scheduled placement on a small platform, not a minimum audience size or guaranteed exposure. There is no minimum or guaranteed number of impressions, unique viewers, clicks, leads, followers, sales or return on advertising spend. Do not purchase if your decision depends on a guaranteed audience or performance result.
Your campaign participates in the Sponsored Discover card slot with up to three paid advertisers in shared rotation. Eligible campaigns rotate in ten-minute server time windows. Equal rotation time does not mean equal traffic or views. Delivery depends on users opening compatible Discover surfaces and can vary with device, app version and usage. Existing cached screens may not immediately refresh. No exclusivity, paid verification, score increase, organic rank increase, email blast, push notification or creator endorsement is included.
3. Requests, approval and dates
An initial order number confirms receipt of your request only. It does not mean the creative is approved, payment is received or dates are reserved. Pulse may decline unlawful, misleading, unsuitable or unsupported creative and may request changes. You must hold all rights and permissions required for the image, copy, brand and destination. Pulse may reject material that infringes rights, impersonates others, promotes fraud or makes unsupported claims.
The approved order shows the exact schedule in America/New_York time. You confirm that schedule before accessing payment instructions. An approval reserves dates for up to 48 hours, ending no later than the scheduled start. Cleared payment must be verified before the campaign starts. If the approval expires, do not send funds until Pulse reconfirms availability. A late transfer does not automatically reserve new dates or shorten the purchased duration.
4. Bank transfer payment
Pulse currently accepts business bank transfers using the instructions displayed in your approved, confirmed order. Cards and Cash App are not offered. Include your order number as the transfer reference and arrange for Pulse to receive the full quoted amount. Your bank may charge separate transfer fees. An uploaded receipt, confirmation email or customer's statement that payment was sent does not establish cleared payment. Pulse verifies the deposit before marking the order paid.
Do not rely on unsolicited messages changing bank details. Verify a change through a previously established Pulse contact. No payment is due for a declined, unpaid request. Contact support promptly about duplicate, mistaken or late transfers so they can be reconciled.
5. Cancellation, refunds and undelivered placement
Approved, paid bookings are non-refundable for a change of mind, cancellation by the advertiser or disappointing advertising results. No guarantee of audience or performance is part of the purchase. This policy is presented before order submission and again before payment instructions are released.
If Pulse cannot provide the agreed placement or materially interrupts its purchased delivery period, Pulse will offer replacement delivery for the affected period. If a replacement cannot be agreed, Pulse will refund the undelivered portion. Duplicate or mistaken transfers are reconciled separately. These terms do not exclude any right or remedy that applicable law makes non-excludable. No promise that a blanket no-refund policy applies in every jurisdiction is made.
6. Creative changes and reporting
Creative must be approved before use. Founding Partner includes one replacement image submitted during an unexpired paid campaign. The existing creative remains in place until the replacement is approved; a refresh does not extend the end date. Additional packages or changes require a separate written agreement. Final performance reports use only measurements Pulse can substantiate, identify unavailable metrics and do not manufacture reach or outcome estimates.
7. Account access and records
Your email identifies your Pulse Ads account. A one-time code verifies access, without a password or a required creator profile. Keep access to that mailbox secure. Order numbers are references, not access credentials. Pulse retains booking, acceptance, payment-verification and campaign records to operate the service and resolve disputes. See the privacy policy.
8. Help and changes
Your approved order provides the billing support contact. Contact Pulse through that channel about availability, complaints, payment reconciliation, interrupted delivery or advertiser-requested cancellation. Changes to a paid order require agreement; a later website price or terms update does not silently rewrite the approved order. All commitments remain subject to applicable law.
