This Privacy Policy explains how Vadera Capital Corporation ("Vadera," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Pulse and our related websites and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Who We Are
Vadera Pulse is a product and technology platform operated by Vadera Capital Corporation. Vadera Capital Corporation is responsible for the collection, use, and handling of personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vadera Capital Corporation.
01 Introduction & Scope
This policy applies to information we process about creators, prospective users, and visitors in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party platforms or services that we link to or that you connect to your account, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
02 Definitions
- Connected Account — a social or content platform you authorize Vadera to access through a secure platform connection.
- Pulse Score — the verified score we compute from your live platform performance data.
- Personal Information — information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you.
- Processing — any operation performed on information, such as collection, use, storage, or disclosure.
03 Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account registration details such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Profile and support information you choose to share, including messages you send us.
- Where you use optional paid or money-related features, profile, payment, or identity information needed to activate that feature.
Information from Connected Accounts
When you connect a platform, we use a secure platform connection to retrieve performance and audience metrics used to calculate and display your Pulse Score and user-facing reports. We do not post, edit, or change anything on your connected accounts.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, and general location.
- Usage data and diagnostic logs, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
04 Platform-Specific Disclosures
Data obtained from connected platforms is used only for the user-facing Pulse features you request and in a way consistent with each platform's developer terms. Supported connections are Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube/Google. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your account settings, which stops future data collection from that platform.
YouTube API Services
Vadera uses YouTube API Services. When you connect YouTube, we access your channel identifier, channel name and image, subscriber and video counts, channel views, recent video identifiers, titles, thumbnails and publication dates, video views, likes and comments, and authorized aggregate analytics such as views, engaged views, likes, comments, shares, estimated watch minutes, and subscriber gains or losses. We use this information only to provide your creator-facing Pulse Score, signals, trends, and reports.
Pulse and its component signals are calculated independently by Vadera. They are not supplied, verified, endorsed, or approved by YouTube or Google. We do not request permission to upload, edit, or delete your YouTube content, and we do not request YouTube revenue data.
While your authorization remains active, YouTube video metadata is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Authorized statistics and Vadera-derived Pulse history are retained for up to 12 months. Disconnecting YouTube immediately excludes it from new Pulse calculations and schedules permanent deletion of stored YouTube data within 30 days. A direct deletion request is processed as soon as possible and no later than seven days.
You may disconnect in your Vadera Profile, request immediate deletion at support@vaderapulse.app, or revoke Google's authorization through Google security settings. Review the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
05 How We Use Information
- To create and maintain your account and calculate, display, and update your Pulse Score.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Services.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
06 Connected-Account Data Use
Connected-account data is used only to calculate and display Pulse, provide the reports you see in your account, maintain security, and honor your platform connection choices. We do not use connected-account data for unrelated research, advertising, promotional profiling, or resale.
08 Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
09 Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. Connections to platforms use secure read-only platform connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Your Rights & Choices
- Disconnect any platform through your account settings.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing support@vaderapulse.app.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
- Manage cookies through your browser settings.
11 State Privacy Rights (United States)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your Personal Information, and to appeal a denial of these rights. To exercise them, contact support@vaderapulse.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
12 Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Certain features have higher age requirements as described in our Terms of Service.
13 International Users & Data Location
We operate in the United States, and information we process may be stored and processed there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
14 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. The "Effective" date above indicates when this policy was last revised.
Featured Creator and Promotional Use
If you separately choose to participate in Vadera Pulse's Featured Creator or marketing program, Vadera Capital Corporation may use selected information from your public Vadera Pulse profile, such as your display name, profile image, public Pulse Score, and other public creator information, to promote Vadera Pulse through Vadera-owned websites, social media accounts, app-store materials, email, and digital advertising.
Participation is optional. We record whether you granted or withdrew this authorization, the version of the authorization you accepted, when you made your choice, and the Vadera Pulse platform or account setting through which you made it.
You may withdraw your marketing authorization through available account settings. Withdrawal prevents new promotional use through Vadera Pulse's Featured Creator eligibility system. We may retain records of your consent and withdrawal for security, legal, compliance, dispute-resolution, and audit purposes.
Withdrawal may not immediately remove materials already published or distributed before your withdrawal. Where Vadera Capital Corporation controls an unpublished or scheduled promotional use, withdrawal will make you ineligible for that future use. Treatment of previously distributed materials may depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and the systems or third-party platforms through which the material was distributed.
A public Vadera Pulse profile does not by itself constitute consent for advertising or promotional use by Vadera Capital Corporation.
