Vadera Pulse Child Safety Standards
Vadera Pulse is a product and technology platform operated by Vadera Capital Corporation. These standards describe our permanent approach to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation across Vadera Pulse.
Our commitment
Vadera Capital Corporation is committed to maintaining Vadera Pulse as a service where children are protected from sexual abuse and exploitation. We apply these standards to users, profiles, messages, uploaded material, connected features, and other activity on Vadera Pulse, regardless of where a user is located.
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Vadera Pulse account.
We design and operate safety controls to prevent misuse, support reporting, restrict access to sensitive information, preserve information when legally required, and enable accountable human review.
Prohibited conduct and content
Vadera Pulse prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. Users must not create, upload, request, possess, distribute, promote, facilitate, or link to child sexual abuse material or other content that sexually exploits or endangers a child.
Prohibited conduct also includes grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, soliciting sexual content from a child, sexualizing a child, arranging sexual contact with a child, or using Vadera Pulse to facilitate any comparable abuse or exploitation.
Reporting concerns
Users can report child-safety concerns through the reporting and support options available in Vadera Pulse. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority in your location.
Child-safety concerns may also be sent to childsafety@vaderacapital.com.
Reports should include only the information needed to identify and assess the concern. Do not redistribute suspected abusive material or send unnecessary sensitive content.
Our response
We review reported child-safety concerns and may restrict content or account access, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other proportionate protective action consistent with our policies and applicable law.
Child-safety decisions are handled through restricted, accountable processes. Access is limited to authorized personnel, and sensitive actions are subject to appropriate controls and records.
Legal cooperation
Vadera Capital Corporation complies with applicable child-safety laws and valid legal requirements. Where reporting to an appropriate authority is legally required, we preserve and provide information in accordance with applicable law and our legal obligations.
Privacy and safeguards
We limit access to child-safety reports and related information, use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the material, and retain or delete information according to applicable legal, safety, preservation, and recordkeeping requirements.
